Responsible for the construction, scheduling, purchasing, and quality assurance of the electrical system for a prototype, intrinsically safe, 240′ mobile low-profile conveyor belt destined for Australia. The machine includes 16 control panels, 1000V power distribution, a 12-motor VFD-controlled drivetrain, belt alignment systems, a hydraulic system, and a 500 I/O Siemens S7 PLC.
